            Some affiliates like to purchase their own domain name which they use to mask the hop link.  To do this, go to GoDaddy.com and purchase a domain name (around $10 per year).  Log in to your account and mouse over "Domains" and click "My Domains" in the drop-down box.  Check the box to the left of the domain name you wish to use, then click on Forward at the top of the domain list.  Check the box that says "Enable Forwarding", and paste your hoplink into the box under "Forward to:".  Next, click "Masking" and check the box that says "Enable Masking".  Click OK.

            Another technique used by successful affiliates is to create a blog and update it daily.  The daily updating is a great way to climb to the top of the seach results, search engines love websites that are updated often.  Each blog entry only needs to be a few sentences long, no need to write a story.  Some affiliates find success creating their own review site.  This is great for any affiliate who is promoting more than one product.  The website can be divided into categories ranging from free enery and water hybrids to real estate programs.  Kompozer is a free HTML editor which is great for creating simple websites.  Also, watch the short video below to discover the secrets of writing great sales articles.

            The most important thing is to get started.  Even one day of action is better than a lifetime spent talking about doing something.  No one wants to spend six hours everyday in a cubicle and have nothing to show for it.  All it takes is an hour or less per day promoting products.  Some affiliates make over $20,000 per month working for less than an hour in the morning then enjoying the rest of their day.  Life is meant to be enjoyed.
